Shipping policy

We are a small business in Canada. Please be aware of our limitations.
We try to fulfill orders as soon as reasonably possible, but please allow 1-5 days for processing, and then up to 1 week of delivery time for Canadian orders, and up to 2 weeks for US/INTL orders. Shipping tracking is an optional add-on.

Due to U.S. tariffs, your order may be subject to import duties upon arrival. Please note that I am not responsible for any duties incurred. I ship from Canada, and do not control whether your package is affected by tariffs, that is up to the country receiving the package.

In addition, delays with U.S. Customs have become more frequent and unpredictable. While most orders still pass through customs within 1–3 business days, some may experience longer wait times. A small number of shipments have also been refused entry without explanation. If your order does not get through or you do not receive anything within the expected delivery timeframe, please notify me.
